Coaching and Sparring
As a manager or employee you may sometimes need to have a conversation with an external professional sparring partner.
It can be coaching that puts action behind your goals based on your own wishes and dreams. Coaching can also be used to help you see new opportunities and ideas as well as find resources to handle a difficult situation.
Maybe you need a more general sparring about different workplace challenges, where it is advantageous to discuss it with an external. Often it is about getting pressure tested the decision you are facing or getting a different angle to the problem or solution. This will ensure greater quality in the decision that benefits your organization, your employees or yourself.
For several years I have spared a number of managers and/or employees and I also became coach in 2016. The conversations are based on your wishes and questions and are 100% confidential unless otherwise agreed.
