How would you rate my role as a facilitator on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest? (Feel free to elaborate on your answer):

10. I have been completely and utterly satisfied. Ever since I contacted you for the settlement of the day. It has been easy and straightforward to have contact with you. I did not have to spend energy on letting you run the day. It's been really nice. On the day itself, you were as usual good and accommodating. The day went super fast. You are really good at maintaining our interest and concentration.

What are the most important things / things you bring with you from the day?

The most important thing from the day for me, is the awareness of the great self-management that the teaching team has. It makes my management of them a lot easier. I've got some ideas to lead them, in their self-management. Which I hope they will be able to begin to feel my leadership more than before.

How would you rate my role as a facilitator on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest? (Feel free to elaborate on your answer)

10. Tina worked perfectly as a facilitator in connection with the 6 sessions we had around the development of our organization. The course stretched from December 2020 to October 2021, and Tina built the meetings so that there was a coherence and natural development in the process at the same time as she continuously adapted the program based on the insights that arose along the way.

What are the most important thing/s that you bring with you from the course?

Personally, I gained a greater insight into the organization's strengths and weaknesses as a team. The process was also a catalyst for a number of initiatives, for continued development of the organization on its own and continuous improvements in the workflows

What is the probability that you will recommend TLS resources to others on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest?

10. Tina is good at understanding where we are and where we want to go. And she helps us move toward the goal.

On a scale from 1 - 10 = 9
I always appreciate and feel really comfortable in using you as a facilitator.

I really like that on the one hand you act professionally and formally, but on the other hand you are present and real.

As a facilitator, you are sharp and good at keeping focus and you are good at involving the participants. You get an 8 from me.

For me, it has always been important to have the "red thread" in communication and as the day progressed, we became more focused on the upcoming tasks.

It was great to get a lot of different inputs from the other participants and decide which direction we will follow over the next two years. It gave a calm and nice feeling and suddenly the upcoming work tasks became manageable and exciting.

It was good that you alternated between your own slides and got the group / groups involved in the work.

I would highly recommend others to contact your company, as you are competent, skilled, inspiring and focused on the group achieving an expected result.

1. How would you rate my role as a facilitator on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest?

I will give you between 8 and 9. I think it is a great strength that you facilitate us when you have a history at Nukissiorfiit, precisely because you know our culture, organization, and histories on some issues.

2. What are the most important things you bring from the two days?

The most important thing I take with me are the cases you exposed us as a group, which showed how well we could already cooperate with each other. How fast we can come to the right decisions. As well as how similar we actually think in decision-making processes.

Another important thing I brought with me is how company values can be thought into various processes and decisions.

It is my pleasure to provide this recommendation on behalf of TLS ressourcer. Kisserup had the pleasure of working with Ms. Tina Lynge Schmidt since 2016, when we partnered to deliver a national incubator, SIUA, across Greenland.

Our entire Team has been working with Tina on this project, loving every minute of it. Tina and TLS were referred to us on the strength of Tina’s teambuilding and facilitation experience, project management skills, and her superior HR skills.

First and foremost, Tina distinguished herself in her ability to instantly generate results, immediately improving the depth and quality of research obtained and providing a model for the other people on the team with her work ethic, initiative, solutions-oriented attitude and creative approach to overcoming any challenges or obstacles that arises.

Tina immediately proved herself to be a consummate professional.  She quickly understood the focus and key elements of the project, and amidst considerable time pressure, instantly assumed her role to become an invaluable member of our team who is directly contributing to its overall success.

She has proven herself to be an exceptional relationship builder who demonstrates advanced communication skills, collaborating effectively with all team members while also performing autonomously at a high level whenever required.   Amidst shifting priorities and tight deadlines, Tina consistently produces work that exceptionally well organized and thorough, adding additional value with her own critical analysis and recommendations.

We hope to be working with Tina and TLS in many more markets in the years to come!

Based on our experience with Tina, both as a person and a professional, we highly recommend her and TLS as a partner and consultant to any organization fortunate enough to have the opportunity of working with her.

"I have worked with Tina Lynge Schmidt from TLS resources in connection with a seminar for the management team in the Administration for Economy and Personnel - a total of 8 people. This includes performed in a few initial meetings, discussion of program and presentation, the actual management of the management seminar (3 days) and follow-up. It has been a profitable course both professionally and collaboratively and has given our management team a common standpoint and a better dynamic - both desirable and needed in a hectic and busy everyday life.
Tina provides qualified sparring, she poses critical, constructive and relevant questions and is wonderful as a person to work with. A warm recommendation from here."
