Throughout my work, I am a strength-based mindset, through which I, through my knowledge, tools and experience, work according to the specific needs of each organization. I work with organizational development based on facilitation / workshops, courses, personal profiles and administrative tasks.

I have worked with HR for a total of eight years, of which I for approx. 2½ years has been HR Manager in a major Greenlandic company. I have worked with many aspects and issues within the subject area. Right from team development as well as facilitating departments, counseling and sparring with executives, recruitment at all levels, employee retention, major organizational changes, and regular staff retreats.

A job I combine with the role of commercial agent for Thomas International Greenland. Thomas International works with Person Profile Analysis DISC and has several management tools that are combined in my daily work. (See more)

My studies: Marketing Economist at IBA in Kolding (2002) and Bachelor of Administration at Ilisimatusarfik (2007).

​

Further education I have an HD in Organization and Management from Ilisimatusarfik (2015), as well as a coach and stress coach at Coach Focus (2016).

​

In addition, I have various courses in personnel law, facilitation, communication, recruitment, dangerous goods and assertive communication, etc.

​

I am born and raised in Nuuk, married, and have a great daughter that is studying Pre-IB.
